Today, the challenges posed by climate change vary considerably between countries in the Global North and the Global South, due to economic, social and environmental differences .
On the other hand, the globalization of our food systems creates great inequalities. It tends to keep the countries of the South in a role of agricultural producer with low yields and very dependent on price fluctuations, and therefore little if at all profitable.

Surrounded by our partners and the expertise of numerous academics, we strive to strengthen the resilience of agricultural producers, by developing sustainable food systems. This approach allows to improve the livelihoods and well-being of the most vulnerable people, while respecting the ecological limits of our planet. In concrete terms, this involves providing training on sustainable agricultural practices, supporting the structuring of cooperatives, improving sales processes, etc.
