Our goal is to develop sustainable and equitable food and agricultural systems through an integrated approach that combines ecological and social principles to optimize interactions among plants, animals, humans, and the environment.
To achieve this, in collaboration with our local partners, we offer farmers training in agricultural techniques and management. We also provide advice on the best way to market what they produce. This involves technical support (processing tools, storage spaces, etc.) as well as improving access to rural financing and markets.
The use of the TAPE Tool (Tool for Agroecology Performance Evaluation) implemented by the FAO allows us to assess the state of agroecological transition on farms and monitor the environmental, economic, and social performance of farmers.
We also promote agroecological practices and train farmers in sustainable management of environmental resources.

Our aim is to contribute to economic and social change for rural farming families and farmers' organisations by improving food markets through agro-ecological transition and gender equity in agriculture.
To achieve this, we are working with our local partners to support the organisation, structuring and capacity-building of farmers' organisations in Takeo, Battambang and Kampong Thom.
Specifically, this involves training the members of the boards of directors of agricultural cooperatives and cooperative unions in administration, accounting and business plans. It also involves supporting agro-ecological innovations by developing a network of farmer trainers. The emphasis is on making the most of local knowledge and know-how. Leadership training is specifically offered to women, to encourage their access to management positions within farmers' organisations.
We also support the creation of collective enterprises within these cooperatives, and strengthen the agricultural value chains in which they are active, in order to promote the marketing and visibility of agro-ecological products. We are also aiming to increase agricultural productivity and farmers' resilience to climate change through improved on-farm irrigation systems. To strengthen the economic security and autonomy of rural women, we offer them entrepreneurship training.
In terms of learning, we organise the sharing of knowledge between farmers to stimulate innovation and the dissemination of agro-ecological practices. Finally, campaigns are set up with farmers' organisations to raise consumer awareness of agro-ecological products and healthy consumption patterns.
We also support the Agroecology Learning Alliance in Southeast Asia (ALiSEA) network in Cambodia in its advocacy of agroecology and stimulate agroecological innovation through small grants programmes. As a university-based organisation, we also promote local research capacity in the vast field of sustainable food systems, in particular by working with universities to carry out field assessments and action research on agroecology. We are also keen to build bridges between international and local student trainees to enable co-learning research.

Our aim is to develop sustainable and equitable food and farming systems through an integrated approach combining ecological and social principles to optimise interactions between plants, animals, people and the environment.
To achieve this, we work with our local partners to improve community resilience and local autonomy. This involves technical training in production methods that respect the principles of agroecology. Producers are given support and advice on managing their farms, processing and preserving agricultural produce and developing commercial channels. Access to inputs is facilitated, with a view to diversifying agricultural products. We also support agroforestry and reforestation, and work with families to develop small-scale economic activities to improve their incomes.
We are also working to build the capacity of local actors. This involves structuring and networking professional agricultural organisations, helping them to set up and manage common assets and funds, and building their technical, management and governance skills. We also support their representation at regional and national level.
Finally, we support the sustainable management of natural resources and the conservation of ecosystems, by raising farmers' awareness of the use of the Environmental Integration Tool (EIT), as well as raising community awareness of the impact of climate change.

Our goal: Increase coverage of the basic socio-economic needs of local populations by improving their incomes, while managing ecosystems and agro-ecosystems sustainably and inclusively.
To achieve this, together with our local partners, we take part in research and promote agricultural innovations to solve problems linked to the activities of the beneficiaries. We experiment with and adapt the most relevant profitable and sustainable agro-ecological practices to their contexts.
We support the conservation of ecosystems and agro-ecosystems, in particular by supporting the development of agro-ecological principles in production activities, but also by promoting techniques for protecting and conserving soil and biodiversity. To the same end, we support agroforestry and reforestation initiatives.
We teach farmers to use the Environmental Integration Tool (EIT) producer and to respect the commitments they have made.
